Mind

Strengthen your mindset with gratitude, goals, and affirmations.

Create a Gratitude Practice: Write down 3 things you are grateful for (ex. I am thankful for my job that affords me a paycheck).

Manifesting: Write down 3 goals that you made happen, use future tense (ex. I will own a vacation home in Maine).

Positive mindset: Write 3 affirmations - write as your best self (ex. I am an incredible mom).

Body

Build a stronger physical body by nourishing it through movement, hydration and nutrition.

  • 30 minutes of physical movement each day

  • Replenish half your body weight in water

  • Fuel - eliminate sugar, dairy, alcohol, and gluten from diet (eat whole, unprocessed foods)

Soul

Deepen your strength within by connecting more in nature, reflecting inward and taking time to be present.

  • 30 minutess a day in nature - use it to meditate, stretch, breathe or walk.

  • Create new and deeper connections to self:  get inspired (listen to a podcast, read an inspirational book, talk to a friend, use a meditatation app).

  • Use the JAGG method (Journal, Affirmation, Gratitude Goals)
